OPTION 1: Clear the cache

In case the previous tricks do not work, the next best option you have is to uninstall the app. If there is an option to save the app's data by creating a profile, do so because after you delete the data, you will not get the data back. The option will work best for those apps which do not have any important data of yours stored.
The steps for doing this are:
- Go to Google Play Store.
- On the top left, you’ll find three horizontal lines stacked one on the other.
- Click on that, and select My Apps and Games.
- Go to the app that is not working and click on it.
- You’ll find an option that says, Uninstall.
- Click on that and uninstall the app.
Now go to the Google Play Store search bar and type the name of the same app and install it again.

OPTION 4: Uninstall updates

OTHERS REASONS WHY YOUR APP ISN’T WORKING
There can be various other reasons why your app isn’t working.
1. many apps update their compatibility and can only work on certain Android versions. In case you have not checked and downloaded your security and system updates, do so. It might just be the reason why your app isn’t working!
