Bihar RTPS, also known as Right to Public Service in English, offers services such as income certificate online application, caste certificate, and residence certificate. The RTPS Ration Card application will also be available online under the new rules. The applicant's signature is not captured on the application form or the affirmation in the online application, so at the time of certificate receipt, they must both be signed by the applicant in person at the zone counter.
